Project Overview

Nasiwak built a centralized web application for NSK to manage manufacturing progress and deliveries across six factories in Japan. The application was designed to manage the full lifecycle of an order from manufacturing status tracking inside factories to last-mile delivery confirmation at customer sites. It includes Admin and Factory profiles for monitoring production and packing stages, along with Driver profiles for managing daily delivery assignments. All stakeholders operate on a single platform, eliminating fragmented updates and manual coordination.

The Challenge

With manufacturing and deliveries handled across multiple factories and locations, it was difficult to maintain clear visibility into production status, packing readiness, and delivery conditions. In some cases, customers raised concerns about missing or damaged materials, but there was limited traceability to verify when and where issues occurred. The lack of a unified system made it hard to provide transparent, reliable explanations creating additional coordination effort between factories, logistics teams, and administrators.

Our Solution

Nasiwak developed a web-based platform that connects factory teams, administrators, and drivers through structured workflows. Factory profiles track key manufacturing checkpoints before packing and dispatch, while driver profiles support assigned deliveries with map-based navigation, on-site photo capture, and delivery status updates. Digital signature capture at delivery provides clear proof of receipt, creating a transparent and traceable flow from production to final delivery.
